- Can I return a custom order?
- Returns are not accepted for custom orders.
- Can I return stock items?
- Returns are accepted within 15 days for unworn/unused stock items at customer's expense.
- Will there be a restock fee?
- No, we do not charge restock fees.
- What if my order isn't correct?
- Requests for changes or alterations (within reason) must be made within 3 days of receiving order.
- Do you sell licensed merchandise such as Disney, Hello Kitty, etc.?
- Currently we do not sell any licensed merchandise.
- Why do I have to provide measurements for custom orders?
- Custom orders are made to fit the buyer, therefore measurements must be provided for accurate sizing.
- Can I get a refund if my custom order does not fit?
- Custom orders are made specific to measurements provide by purchaser, therefore refunds are not provided.
- Is there an added charge for plus sized items?
- No, we do not charge extra for plus sizes orders.
